We are looking for someone who wants to work from home in customer service via chat and email – you will help customers with questions about accounts, subscriptions, and everything in between, always with a smile in written form (yes, it shows in writing!).

This job is suitable for you who are studying, already have a part-time job, or just want to earn a little extra without having to leave the couch.

We believe that you:

✅ Are service-oriented, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems

✅ Have basic computer skills (you and the keyboard are friends)

✅ Speak Swedish or English – bonus if you can do both!

No experience? No problem! You will receive an introduction and learn everything you need. The most important thing is that you are curious, engaged, and have good energy.

About the job:

📍 Location: Online / From Home

🕐 Scope: You choose when you want to work – day, evening, or weekend. We would like you to be able to work at least 8 hours per week.
